Subsequent data has shown that minoxidil indeed works very well on the frontal scalp. Apparently it was a woman who stopped using the product because she became pregnant and didn't want to continue using minoxidil till after she had the baby. It is unrealistic to expect minoxidil or any other hair loss treatment to work for everybody, just as it is unrealistic to expect cancer treatments, which are proven to work, to work for everybody.
